Priorit\u00e4t beim Kochen und Sch\u00e4len haben Hygiene, Geschmack, konstante Qualit\u00e4t und Effizienz. Unter Einhaltung der strengsten Qualit\u00e4ts- und Hygienerichtlinien werden unsere gekochten gesch\u00e4lten Eier an Gro\u00dfhandel, Catering, Food-Service-Unternehmen, Salat- und Sandwicherzeuger geliefert.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]Die Eier werden zu 10.800 St\u00fcck auf Paletten angeliefert und auf ein F\u00f6rderband gelegt. Mit Saugn\u00e4pfen werden die Eier in Halterungen gelegt und in die Kochanlage gebracht, wo sie gekocht werden. Aus dem Kochbad werden sie \u00fcber ein F\u00f6rderband in den n\u00e4chsten Raum transportiert. In einem kalten Bad werden sie erstmals abgek\u00fchlt und dann automatisch gesch\u00e4lt. Nach der Kontrolle auf Schalenreste werden sie abgesp\u00fclt und in ein zweites Kaltwasserbad transportiert. Nach einer zweiten Kontrolle werden die Eier in Eimern oder Beuteln mit einem Aufguss aus Wasser, S\u00e4ure und Salz gelagert. Zudem k\u00f6nnen die gesch\u00e4lten vorgekochten Eier unter Schutzatmosph\u00e4re verpackt werden, also ohne Aufguss, sondern mit Gas. Wir kochen und sch\u00e4len Eier aus Bodenhaltung, Freilandhaltung, K\u00e4fighaltung, Eier mit dem niederl\u00e4ndischen Beter Leven-Siegel und Eier aus \u00f6kologischer
