Die Packstelle wurde 1983 errichtet und in Betrieb genommen. In der Eierpackstelle wird mit einer ultramodernen Omnia-Eiersortiermaschine gearbeitet, die mit allen technischen Finessen, die man sich nur vorstellen kann, ausgestattet ist, um die sortierten Eier noch besser, sch\u00f6ner und sicherer zu behandeln, als es fr\u00fcher m\u00f6glich war.
\n1996 wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit den Br\u00fcdern Sieben Eierververij Ospel (EIVO) gegr\u00fcndet. EIVO ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte professionelle Eierf\u00e4rberei der Niederlande. Auf einer L\u00e4nge von rund 100 Metern stehen vier Anlagen, die in rasantem Tempo Eier kochen, f\u00e4rben, trocknen und verpacken. Als n\u00e4chster Schritt nach dem Angebot von Sortieren, Kochen und F\u00e4rben wurde 2006 Boiled Eggs Ospel (BEO) gegr\u00fcndet. Anlagen kochen und sch\u00e4len hier Eier f\u00fcr den Gro\u00dfhandel, Caterer, Food-Service-Unternehmen, Salat- und Sandwicherzeuger.
\nDerzeit besch\u00e4ftigt Egga Food B.V. rund 100 Personen, die daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass wir zufriedene Kunden in \u00fcber 20 verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern haben. Jedes Jahr werden von rund 100 Mitarbeitern mehrere hundert Millionen Eier gekocht, gef\u00e4rbt, gesch\u00e4lt und verpackt. Das sind mehrere Millionen Eier aus \u00f6kologischer Erzeugung, Boden- und Freilandhaltung pro Woche. Diese Eier stammen von zertifizierten Gefl\u00fcgelbetrieben aus ganz Europa und finden ihren Weg zur eierverarbeitenden Industrie, in den Gro\u00dfhandel, Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, zu Food-Service-Unternehmen und Caterer in Europa, Afrika und im Nahen Osten. Ein ultramoderner Maschinenpark sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass alle Handlungen maschinell erfolgen.
