Du cuiseur \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9caleuse, les priorit\u00e9s sont l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, le go\u00fbt, la qualit\u00e9 constante et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9. Respectant les normes d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de qualit\u00e9 les plus strictes, nos \u0153ufs durs \u00e9cal\u00e9s sont destin\u00e9s aux grossistes, aux traiteurs, aux entreprises de restauration et aux producteurs de salades et de sandwichs.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]Les \u0153ufs arrivent par palettes de 10 800 unit\u00e9s et sont plac\u00e9s sur un tapis roulant. Ils sont ensuite pos\u00e9s individuellement par des ventouses dans des petits pots et achemin\u00e9s vers les cuiseurs, o\u00f9 ils sont cuits. Une fois sortis du bac \u00e0 cuisson, ils sont transport\u00e9s par un tapis roulant vers l\u2019atelier suivant. Ils sont plong\u00e9s une premi\u00e8re fois dans un bac \u00e0 refroidissement et sont ensuite \u00e9cal\u00e9s par une machine. Les \u00e9ventuels r\u00e9sidus de coquilles sont enlev\u00e9s et les \u0153ufs sont transport\u00e9s vers un deuxi\u00e8me refroidisseur. Apr\u00e8s un deuxi\u00e8me contr\u00f4le, les \u0153ufs sont conserv\u00e9s dans des seaux ou des sacs contenant de l\u2019eau, du vinaigre et du sel. Les \u0153ufs pr\u00e9cuits \u00e9cal\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre conditionn\u00e9s sous atmosph\u00e8re modifi\u00e9e (MAP), c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019ils sont conserv\u00e9s sous gaz et non pas plong\u00e9s dans un liquide. Nous cuisons et \u00e9calons les \u0153ufs de ferme, les \u0153ufs biologiques, les \u0153ufs au label Beter Leven keurmerk, ainsi que les \u0153ufs de poules \u00e9lev\u00e9es en plein air et en
